Our Global Climate Action Summit affiliate event, Play for the Planet, took place on Wednesday, September 12th in front of San Francisco’s main public library, and just down the street from City Hall, where mayors from around the world were meeting.
The afternoon also included opportunities for the public to talk with members of our science team as well as our solutions partners.
Our focus remains enabling the creation of science-guided climatemusic, but this light-hearted afternoon turned out to be a great way to engage talented artists and the general public in a conversation about climate change. We’ll likely do it again on appropriate occasions, so dust off that guitar and watch our calendar for your opportunity to Play for the Planet!
