More than 1,000 of the kids who sang on the Be Cool Song video are from Nigeria. We learned that many of the rural schools have no electricity. So, we decided to launch an effort to provide solar installations to provide lights, fans and computer access. We are thrilled that following a GoFundMe and outreach to family and friends to raise $4000, we are now about to install our first solar system in a school in Nigeria, The Wisdom Academy in the Warri Delta.
About Entric: “ENTRIC POWERSYSTEMS We are dedicated to bringing clean, reliable and cost effective power to rural communities through which we hope to improve the Standard of Life.”
We’re excited to share that a solar energy system has been successfully installed at our first school, Wisdom Academy, located in rural Nigeria.
Looking ahead, several other schools in Delta State, Nigeria, are still in urgent need of reliable energy. All of them have actively participated in the BeCool Campaign, and with your continued support, we hope to extend solar solutions to these schools as well. Let’s keep the momentum going!!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed—this milestone wouldn’t have been possible without your generous support! We are excited to be able to provide for more schools in the future, be apart of this global movement!
