Becky Hobbs

Becky Hobbs Grammy-nominated songwriter with songs recorded by dozens of artists in different genres, from George Jones and Emmylou Harris to KISS. Her honors include Cashbox Magazine’s Independent Country Music Female Artist of the Year and induction into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. A citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Becky wrote and co-produced the musical “Nanyehi,” based on the life of her 5th-great grandmother, Nancy Ward, a Cherokee war woman turned honored peace maker.
