Khafre Jay is a Hunters Point, San Francisco native who has been an educator and an activist for over two decades. During that time, Khafre worked his way up from a local activist with a clipboard to founding the most prominent Hip Hop Education nonprofit in the US, raising over 6 million dollars, educating over thirty thousand kids k-12, and employing hundreds in his local community. His experience in Hip Hop organizing, fundraising, and event production will be an asset to building this new community for the Culture. Check out his new organization, Hip Hop For The People.
